Conceal your personal information with JUST ONE ROLL (do not roll multiple times!). It can be used on any kind of invoices, authority documents, checks, bank statements but also on round objects. IT ALSO WORKS ON GLOSSY PAPER like shipping labels.

UNLIMITED REFILLING:
The total length of the initial ink load can reach approx. 100 m of the concealing impression. After that, there is no need to replace Trodat ID Protector+ as it is easy & clean to refill.

Unlike shredders this product has more application fields like carton boxes with shipping labels or round objects. It is also space saving, portable, quiet and mess free.
How to use the product
Using the blade
The ceramic blade used in ID Protector+’s box opener is “finger friendly“, when touching the blade without moving your finger.
However, the blade can hurt you when sliding your finger across the blade. Use caution when placing fingers near the blade or its slot to avoid cutting or pinching your finger.
The ceramic blade of the box and letter opener are not replaceable.
How to refill
Let the ink absorb for 5 minutes! Do not place ID Protector+ upward earlier, otherwise ink can leak out. Also do not exceed these 5 minutes, otherwise the ink roller can dry out. Use a timer!
Safety instructions
This product may not conceal all data completely. The ink used in this product is dermatologically tested and indelible according to DIN ISO 14145-2. That means this special ink cannot be washed off, erased or affected by sunlight on standard copy paper. Although the ink can be removed using strong solvents or excessive scraping on coated paper. Use this product only as part of a comprehensive program to prevent the theft or loss of your personal data and personal information. Trodat is not responsible and/or liable for any damages (in particular, but not limited to, loss or theft of personal data) which may be incurred through the use of this product. Use the product for intended use ONLY, such as to conceal personal information. Do not use the product to harm anyone. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not a toy. Do not disassemble the ID Protector+. Do not use the product if it is damaged, defective or deformed. Do not inhale ink vapors directly. If inhaled, provide fresh air. Seek medical attention if symptoms occur. Do not swallow ink. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Rinse mouth and induce vomiting. Keep ink away from eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing, if eye irritation persists, get medical advice. Handle with care. The ink is hard to remove from hands and clothes. If in contact with the skin, clean with soap and water. Consult a doctor if skin irritation persists. Twist the product cap tightly immediately after every use. Otherwise, the ink roller will dry out. Store and use this product at room temperature and in a well-ventilated area. Avoid exposing the ID Protector+ to high temperatures and open flames to avoid damage to the product and its ink. Slight ink leakage may occur when atmospheric pressure changes (e.g., when transporting the product on an airplane). This could result in ink residue in the product cap or on the side of the ink roller, which do not affect the proper working of product. Do not attempt to sharpen the blades.
